■メールアドレスの必要性について
参加者名の記載ミスなど、登録されている情報に変更が必要になった場合、変更のご要望を頂いても、本人確認が取れなければ対処することができません。
登録されているメールアドレスからの連絡であれば、本人からの申し出であると断定することができますので、個別対応が可能になります。
現在のところ、登録内容の変更は、連絡を頂くことでシステム担当者がデータベース情報を直接操作する個別対応の予定ですが、将来的にはユーザーマイページで各種情報の変更を可能にすることも想定しています。
こうした利用の場合も、ログインによる本人確認が必要になります。
■マイリス登録上限数500の壁
前回の参加動画数が399作品となり、ひとつのマイリストの登録上限数、500を意識せざるを得ない状況にあると言えます。
マイリス一覧では、動画ごとの登録マイリス数をソートして順位を確認することが容易でしたが、500作品を超えた段階で、この方法での順位確定が困難になります。
また、ニコニコ動画のタグ検索等では、再生数やマイリスト数の更新がリアルタイムでは反映されないため、集計最終日が終わった瞬間の数字を把握することができません。
複数のマイリストに登録された動画情報の数値を、間違いなく正確に把握するために、システムの導入は不可欠でした。
■参加者名の問題
第6回MMD杯では、参加者名表記について、いくつかの問題がでました。
これに関しては、したらばスレへの事前書き込みの推奨の捉え方に認識の相違があったことが原因かと思われます
マイリストに投入するべき参加作品を早期発見するために、したらばスレへの書き込みを推奨してきた運営側の意図と、希望する参加者名まで反映してもらえると理解していた一部参加者側との間で、認識のズレが存在していました。
結果的には、希望したとおりの参加者名が閉会式エンドロールに反映されていなかったという、一部参加者からのご指摘がありました
これは明確な基準を設けずに慣例で行われてきた運営作業がひとつの問題でもありまた、それまでの人的情報処理が、増加する参加者数への対応に追われるあまり運営内部での相互認識の問題も関わってしまったと言わざるを得ない事態でもありました
たとえば、Ｐ名で参加したい人、ニコニコユーザー名で参加したい人、合作名やチーム名で参加したい人など、参加される方々の事情はさまざまです。
今後はSKSSの登録によって、参加者の意思を反映することが可能になります。
■SKSSへの登録がなかった場合の扱いについて
SKSSは、特定のマイリストから、登録された動画の情報を取得する仕組みになっています。
タイトルに必須文言【第7回MMD杯予（本）選】が入っている動画は、MMD杯への参加意思があるものと判断し、このマイリストに投入していきます。
ただし、ＳＫＳＳへのエントリーをされていない作品の場合、必然的にキーコードが発行されませんので、誰の参加作品であるかを、システムが識別することができません。
ＳＫＳＳへの登録をされなくても、参加動画と位置づけることは可能ですが、その場合、「匿名による参加」と判断し、エンドクレジットへの参加者名表記はいたしません。
また、「匿名による参加」の場合、受賞されてもこちらからは連絡を取れませんので、その際には受賞者ご自身から杯運営宛に、個別にご連絡を頂くことになります。
